As a leading member of the Design Department at Star Global, you will directly guide the image, visual experience, and creative quality for the company's products, projects, and communication activities in the field of 3D/360 Digital Technology.

Responsible
- Responsible for developing design ideas, planning, and managing the progress of design tasks, including: Social media, POSM and printing, Project data processing (360 photos, 360 videos, 3D models), UI/UX, Event videos
- Collaborate with the Marketing team in researching and applying new design trends in fields such as technology, 3D/360 digitization, interior design, architecture…
- Collaborate with the Project team to implement 3D/360 projects and the Technology team to implement user interfaces
- Coordinate, build standard processes, develop direction for the team, and be responsible for working with related departments
- Plan the work of the department. Update, monitor, and evaluate according to the plan weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors
Request
- Graduated in a related field such as Graphic Design/Multimedia/Communication/Interior Design…
- 2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Understanding of design principles, branding, UX, printing, editing...
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Capcut, Figma...
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to handle arising situations while working with internal teams and clients
- Proactive, good teamwork, sharp, positive spirit, able to work under pressure
- Basic reading comprehension and communication in English
If there is, it is an advantage
- Experience in a design team leader position
- Ability to use 3D software (Blender, Zbrush…)
- Knowledge of 3D/360 digitization technology, experience with web-app products that utilize 3D/360, VR, AR
- Has video editing, filming, and photography skills
